Passes
Westmoreland Transit offers a Monthly Pass at a 20% discount off of regular fare, and a 10-Trip Pass at a 10% discount off of regular fare.
10-Trip Pass
This pass is a punch ticket valid for 10 one-way trips. It can be used at any time and has no expiration date.

Refund Policy
- No cash refunds are given.
- No refunds of lost or stolen tickets.
- No refunds on any activated or partially used tickets.
- No refund will be made because the patron is no longer using WCTA's services.
- Unused tickets on WCTA's Mobile Ticketing App expire after 90 days. WCTA Customer Service must be contacted prior to expiration or tickets will not be extended.
How to Purchase Passes
Passes are sold by the following methods:

Passes can be purchased in person using cash, check, credit/debit card.
Mail Orders
Credit card orders will be accepted over the telephone. Call Customer Service at1-800-221-9282, Option 2. Please allow 5 business days for telephone orders.

Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30 am-5:00 pm
Closed Saturdays and Sundays.

How to Pay Your Fare
On Westmoreland Transit buses, the fare is always paid as you board the bus.
If you are paying with cash, deposit the exact fare into the farebox located at the front of the bus.
If you are using a 10-Trip ticket, hand your ticket to the driver. He or she will punch your ticket and return it to you.
If you are using a Monthly pass, show your ticket to the driver.
If you are using a 1/2 fare pass, please be prepared to show photo ID.
Transfers
An orange transfer coupon is issued if you must transfer to another bus in order to complete your trip. This transfer is free and entitles you to travel within one zone in another direction. It cannot be used on the same bus for a return trip.
If you require a transfer, please inform the driver of your originating trip. Transfers are valid for one hour from the time of issue.
